Hubbl Scan Sharing

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Share a Scan, a new feature designed to help you securely and seamlessly collaborate on your scan intelligence with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders. 

This new feature is now available for all Hubbl Premium and Unlimited customers.

1. Initiate the Share: Upon completion of a scan, the "Share Scan Results" option will be available on the scan header or within the action menu of the scan list.
2. Invite Collaborators: You can enter email addresses to share the scan results with other recipients.
3. Secure, Controlled Access: Each recipient receives an email with a link to view the results. For security, they will be prompted to create a free Hubbl account before they can access the data. This ensures you always know who is viewing your information.
4. Interactive, Read-Only Experience: Recipients get a read-only view of the same interactive dashboards and visualizations you see. This allows them to explore the findings, while protecting your data by disabling the ability to edit, export, or re-share the results.
5. Manage Access with Ease: The scan owner retains full control. You can easily see who the scan has been shared with and revoke access for any or all recipients at any time. If access is revoked, the scan will be removed from the recipient's account.
