Customize Your Scan Request Page without Delays

We’ve introduced a new Scan Requests tab under Account settings that gives your team more control over how your Scan Request landing page looks and feels.

In the Scan Requests tab Account Admins can now:

  • Upload or replace a custom logo for the account
  • Edit custom text shown on the Scan Request landing page
  • Preview the Scan Request landing page before sharing it with customers or partners

All users in the account can see the Scan Requests settings, but only Account Admins can make changes.

Enhancements

Namespaced objects are removed from this recommendation.

Added a new recommendation to consider using existing global picklists, when a picklist field is found that has identical values to an existing global picklist.
