Currently, Hubbl uses AI/ML in two ways in our products:
- Clustering and analysis (Machine Learning): This non-interactive feature analyzes scan results for functionalities like suggesting managed packages. It's part of the Hubbl platform and doesn't use third-party services.
- Ask Hubbl agent (AI/LLM): Customers can ask questions about their scan results. The agent does not directly access the database. We pull the relevant data ourselves and pass the results, divorced from any org-specific information, to Google Gemini. An agreement with Google ensures this data is not used for training Gemini's models.
In both cases, AI usage occurs after scan completion and only accesses aggregate scan information, not raw customer metadata.
