The Intelligence Layer Every Enterprise Needs: Introducing the Hubbl Intelligence Platform

Over 25 years ago, I left Oracle to join a tiny startup called Salesforce. We were working out of the parking garage of a building, with just one product freshly launched. It was a bold move. But Salesforce wasn’t just building software—it was redefining what enterprise technology could be.

From those early days, I learned a lesson that has never left me: great companies are built on three things—great products, great people, and an uncompromising focus on customer success.

Customer success isn’t a department or a metric. It’s the heartbeat of enterprise innovation. It’s viral. It builds trust. It fuels loyalty. And above all, it creates a cycle of mutual success between company and customer.

Salesforce democratized access to enterprise software. Today, we believe it’s time to democratize something even bigger: success itself. That’s why I joined Chris Bruzzi and Mike Bogan on the journey to build Hubbl.

Why This Moment Matters Right Now

Enterprise companies today stand at a crossroads. They have world-class platforms, extraordinary AI, and unprecedented automation. Yet despite this, too many are still trapped in complexity – tech debt, inefficient process, excessive automation, and security risks.

Here’s the paradox: SaaS created flexibility, but that flexibility is layered in complexity. Complexity is powerful—until it becomes a liability. When technology confuses more than it clarifies, innovation stalls, transformation slows, and customers lose confidence.

At Hubbl, our mission is simple: take the complexity out of complexity.

We’re not here to build another tool. We’re here to build the intelligence layer every enterprise needs to be AI ready and innovation ready.

From Org Scanning to Intelligence

The Hubbl Intelligence Platform is our next bold step forward—evolving from simple org scanning into something transformative: the intelligence layer that makes AI truly work.

It combines two breakthrough capabilities:

Org Intelligence: A deep, contextual understanding of your Salesforce metadata, benchmarked against thousands of organizations. No more blind spots—only confident, informed decisions.

Process Intelligence: A clear, real-time view of how your business actually operates. Not how you think it works—how it really works. We reveal bottlenecks, surface user journeys, and measure the impact of every change.

Together, these create a living intelligence fabric that transforms how you build, optimize, and scale your business systems, and it’s delivering an incredible amount of impact.

The Three Pillars of Hubbl’s Impact

  1. Intelligent Context – AI without context is guesswork. We transform complexity into clarity, giving both humans and AI the foundation to act with confidence.
  2. Accelerated Impact – Transformation should move as fast as the new tools we're all aiming to implement. Hubbl clears technical debt, untangles automation, and eliminates waste, accelerating the path from decision to measurable impact.
  3. Success for All – In order for success to truly deliver change across the enterprise, it can't be siloed. Hubbl unifies admins, architects, executives, and partners around a shared source of truth—unlocking opportunity across the entire enterprise.

The Agentic Era Is Here

We’re entering what I call the Agentic Era—a time when AI agents won’t just recommend, but will act. They will orchestrate business processes, manage complexity, and reshape how work gets done.

But agents can’t thrive on raw data alone. They need context. They need understanding. They need wisdom about how your business actually operates.

That’s what Hubbl provides—the foundation that makes the agentic revolution possible, because we’re not replacing expertise. We’re amplifying it. And that’s because we believe success should be easy. Not by removing sophistication, but by bringing clarity. Not by reducing options, but by enabling confidence.

Because in this new era, one principle stands above all: AI doesn’t start with data. AI starts with Hubbl.
