Salesforce recently released the Agentic Maturity Model. This model defines five levels of readiness across five core pillars: Strategy, Expertise & Culture, Security & Guardrails, Technology Platform, and Data Foundation.

In a conversation about a Hubbl customer's journey to Agentforce go-live, Yeuk Yuan (Sr. Director Product Marketing - Salesforce) challenged me to map how the Hubbl platform helps move a customer through the Agentic Maturity Model. I quickly accepted the challenge and worked with our team to create a perspective baed on current-state features and customer success stories. Here are the results presented in a summary framework that can be used to evaluate any product against the maturity model:

1. Strategy

Fit: Operational to Leading

  • It enables teams to create prioritized roadmaps, which is a hallmark of a “scaling” or “transforming” org.
  • Process mining gives executives visibility into how processes actually operate, not just how stakeholders think they do.
  • This enables robust execution, process optimization before deployment, and even AI-readiness modeling.

Overlap Strength: Very High
Why: Hubbl's org intelligence turns fragmented org visibility into actionable, strategy-aligned execution. This enables transformation-focused governance and alignment with broader business goals.

2. Expertise & Culture

Hubbl fosters a culture of continuous improvement and digital fluency by democratizing insights, reducing guesswork, and nudging teams toward smarter behaviors with embedded process intelligence.

Why: While Hubbl facilitates knowledge and alignment, AI literacy and leadership roles are more indirect outcomes unless paired with structured internal programs.

3. Security & Guardrails

Hubbl advances governance maturity by continuously scanning for risks across code, automation, permissions, and metadata. This helps teams proactively remediate issues and strengthen trust in AI systems.

Hubbl Fit: Scaling to Leading

  • Hubbl org intelligence scans for: Outdated packages, dangerous permissions, insecure custom code, org limit thresholds, insecure connected apps and more. Proprietary scanners increase Salesforce org security posture.
  • Provides governance dashboards that support continuous compliance, remediation, and metadata management. This aligns with formal guardrails and proactive risk management goals.

Overlap Strength: Very High
Why: Hubbl actively helps organizations “scale and transform” their approach to governance, aligning closely with security maturity models.

4. Technology Platform

Hubbl accelerates platform evolution by exposing technical debt, simplifying Flow migration, and unlocking behavioral process insights that guide scalable, composable architecture decisions.

Overlap Strength: High
Why: Hubbl is a diagnostic and analysis engine, not a platform builder. It enhances platform effectiveness but isn’t an execution framework itself.

5. Data Foundation

Hubbl transforms org metadata into actionable intelligence to enhance data quality, standardize semantics, and provide visibility into real-world data usage to support AI performance and scalability.

Hubbl Fit: Operational to Scaling

  • Hubbl centralizes Salesforce metadata intelligence, surfaces field utilization, and evaluates custom code and permissions. It doesn’t directly integrate data ecosystems but lays the groundwork for secure and structured data usage.

Overlap Strength: Moderate
Why: Hubbl identifies data integrity issues and recommends clean-up, but doesn’t yet offer real-time, unified data access across platforms (as in “Transforming” or “Leading” stages.

Given the mapping to the pillars and maturity levels, one can then visualize how Hubbl helps accelerate the transformation of a business from the experimentation stage into the transforming and leading stages.

Hubbl’s Action Plan and Issue Lifecycle Management transform scattered org insights into a continuously prioritized execution roadmap enabling leadership to align daily decisions with long-term AI and transformation goals. Process Analytics transforms strategy by exposing actual Salesforce usage patterns, enabling precise prioritization, identifying opportunities for agentic adoption and directly informing AI-readiness roadmaps. It’s no longer about fixing what’s broken, it’s about shaping where the business goes next.

  1. Security & Guardrails 4.5/5 

Hubbl's org intelligence deeply assess security posture, risky permissions, stale packages, unsecured custom code and automate visibility. While not an enforcement layer, it drives guardrail adoption and ongoing compliance, which are crucial for agentic readiness.

  1. Technology Platform: 4/5 

Hubbl helps rationalize platform architecture: identifying automation sprawl, modernization needs (e.g., Flow migration), and inefficient usage patterns. Process mining adds clarity to how automations affect user behavior, essential insights for building scalable tech stacks.

  1. Data Foundation: 3.5/5 

Still important, but lowest overlap: Hubbl enhances metadata quality, field utilization, and object usage visibility. However, while it identifies issues, it doesn’t unify or govern cross-system data. It’s a powerful metadata maturity enabler, but less so for full enterprise data unification.

  1. Expertise & Culture 3/5 

Hubbl upskills organizations by embedding insights into everyday workflows. With Process Analytics nudges and visualizations, admins and users engage in iterative, data-backed improvements that fuel cultural alignment with AI and automation goals.

Barracuda’s Leap Toward Agentic Maturity with Hubbl Technologies

Facing severe Salesforce performance issues, including undocumented complexity, CPU timeouts, and a lack of metadata visibility, Barracuda was on the verge of replatforming. Instead, they turned to Hubbl Technologies on the advice of Salesforce. In under two months, they resolved over 30,000 issues, eliminated all external Salesforce contract work, and dramatically improved system performance. By automating remediation and documenting critical metadata, Barracuda became fully AI-ready and confidently moved forward with Agentforce adoption.

Final Thoughts:

Hubbl most strongly enables organizations to move into Scaling and to the Transforming maturity stages, especially in Strategy and Security. It’s a foundational intelligence layer that enables teams to mature quickly across multiple dimensions of the Agentic Maturity Model, particularly for AI and automation readiness. However, advancing to the “Leading” stage still requires organizational investment in culture, data infrastructure, and enterprise platform engineering beyond what Hubbl directly provides.
